
It was rain of praises and appreciation to Almighty God as Imams, Pastors, Traditional Worshipers, as well as indigenous people and friends of Ibese Land gathered in love to celebrate with our highly revered Royal Father; His Majesty, Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Olokojobi III, the Aboro of Ibese Land, on the occasion of his Majesty’s Birthday anniversary.
The special prayers which was taken in turns had the Christian community segment led by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Chairman, Pastor Akintunde Edun, after which the Chief Imam of Ibese Land, Imam Moshood Adenle and Imam Ismail Olaleye, the Chief Imam of Shawonjo Land led the Muslim community segment. Chief Mrs Taibat Aweni Ayodeji, the Iya Agan of Ibese Land then took charge of the traditional worshippers section to pray fervently for the sound health, long life and prosperous reign on the throne of their beloved Royal father whose reign has continued to foster peace and rapid development to Ibese Land.
Leading the Council of Chiefs and well-wishers present at the occasion, the Somofe of Ibese Land, High Chief Adewuyi Tajudeen in his remark opined that since Kabiesi assumed the throne of his forefathers, Ibese people and indeed the entire Yewa Land have witnessed unprecedented peace and development and we all thank God for giving us this monarch that understands and takes his people’s pain as his own, for this reason we thank God for our kabiesi’s life.
In his Royal remarks, the celebrant and Aboro of Ibese Land, said “Indeed, you all have made this day a memorable one and I must sincerely thank you all for coming to celebrate with me despite your tight schedules. As you have honoured me, may the Almighty God honour you all. I am truly grateful to Almighty God whom has been so merciful to have kept me till this day, to my both parents that brought me into this world, to those hands that sent me messages, for the melodious voices that placed calls through starting from His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, the Governor of Ogun State and other top Government officials, I say thank you all sincerely, may joy, happiness and blessings never seize in your respective households.

The event was spiced by a traditional performance from Amuludun cultural group where the happy audience were thrilled with cultural music.
