Earlier today, our highly Revered Royal Father, His Royal Majesty, Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Olokojobi III, the Aboro of Ibese Land, led residents of host communities to the bowing out ceremony of Mr Nawabuddin Azad as Ibese Cement Plant Director, held at the Admin block of the Dangote Cement Plant, Ibese.
His Majesty, the Aboro of Ibese Land who also double as the Chairman for Dangote Cement host communities Traditional Rulers, in his farewell message described the departing director as a diligent man whose capacity and innovations has immensely contributed to the growth of the plant by ensuring it ranks the best amongst other cement plants operating within and outside Nigeria. His Majesty further declared that Mr Nawabuddin has performed brilliantly in managing the affairs of the plant most especially as it relates to the relationship between the plant and the host community. He then wished him the very best as he reports to his new duty post at Dangote Cement Plant, Obajana in Kogi State.
It was a memorable moment with rains of commendations for Mr Nawabuddin Azad as the staff members and well-wishers took turns to shower accolades and best wishes in his new feat at his transfered destination.
In company of Kabiesi Aboro of Ibese at the well attended occasion were; HRM. Oba Adio Kusoro, (Olu Ago Olowo), Chief Tajudeen Adewuyi (Somofe of Ibese Land), Chief Amos Faremi (Akogun of Ibese Land), Chief Dauda Olabintan (Amuludun of Ibese Land), Chief Bayo Oniyide (Baale of Balogun-Ibese Land), Mr Ayodele Adams (President, Ibese Central Youth Association) amongst other very important dignitaries.
