PROTEST: LET’S EMBRACE PEACEFUL DIALOGUE, ABORO IBESE ADVISED YOUTHS, SAYS NIGERIA CAN WORK WITHOUT VIOLENCE

The Aboro of Ibese Land, His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Olokojobi III, has advised the youths of Ibese, Yewa land, Ogun State and Nigerian, to always see peaceful dialogues as best option for addressing matters of National interest, rather than allowing alien enemies of progress to use them in negative ways that would always jeopardize the growth of our dear nation through protests that could be hijacked to result to unnecessary unrest and havoc.

His Majesty who personally made this clarion call and appeal on Sunday while addressing Ibese youths who trooped out in their numbers at the Youth carnival organized by Tobalase base in commemoration of the 2nd year coronation anniversary of their Royal father.

Kabiesi while addressing the congregation, preached that it is important to always pray to God for better situations, he then urged the youths to see this trying time in the country as a time for more prayers. He called on Ibese youths as well as the Nigerian youths to do away with the planned ill-mannered protest that could result to unrest in the community.

In the same vein, Oba Mulero also appealed to the government at all levels to listen to the demands of the youths for possible considerations that would better the lives of every citizens. He reminding both government and citizens that the country is yet to recover from the adverse effects of the EndSARS protest.

Kabiyesi further stressed that, as it has been seen, President Tinubu led-federal government has initiated opendoor policy to address the needs of the masses. He added that Nigeria is not the only country that is being bedeviled by inflation crisis, but yet, our government is working round the clock to make things work for the better.

He said “Nigeria can work without resulting to violence and infact we Traditional rulers are also feeling the brunt of the economy, but we just have to keep enduring and find ways to compliment government’s efforts by finding ways to put smiles on the faces of our people for peaceful coexistence at our respective communities.
