Nigeria @ 64: Let’s Honour Our Nation’s Heritage By Forging A Brighter Future

On the occasion of our nation’s 64th Independence Day, I extend my sincerest greetings to all fellow Nigerians in Ibese Land, Ogun State and Nigerian citizens.

I pay tribute to the founding fathers of our great country, who envisioned a sovereign nation, and to our leaders who have safeguarded our liberty.

I enjoin all Nigerians to come together across all climes and continue to honour our nation’s heritage by forging a brighter future for the welfare and well-being of our collective existence.

As we celebrate Nigeria’s 64th Independence today, I urge our leaders to once more reaffirm and demonstrate our nation’s commitment to democratic principles, social justice, and economic empowerment of the general benefit of the entire citizenry.

Congratulations to our dear country, Nigeria, and Happy Independence Day!

Signed:
His Majesty,
Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero
(Arole Asakanran, Olokojobi III)
The Aboro of the Ancient Ibese Land
