The Aboro of Ibese Land, His Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Arole Asakanran, Olokojobi III, has commended Governor Dapo Abiodun, CON, on the elevation of Dr. Toyin Taiwo from the position of Deputy Chief of Staff to the substantive Chief of Staff to the Governor of Ogun State, emphasizing that the Governor’s choice of selecting competence and rewarding loyalty is second to none.
Oba Rotimi Mulero whose note of commendation to the Governor is contained in a statement made available to the press on friday morning through the Palace directorate of media and public affairs, said Dr Toyin Taiwo’s appointment reflects and reaffirms his tireless dedication and commitment to public service, and also underscores his firm loyalty and unalloyed believe in the administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun in line with the building our future together agenda.
As a foremost traditional ruler in Ogun State and a prominent stakeholder in the affairs of Ogun State, under Yewa Traditional Council, Oba Mulero said the Governor’s respect and love for Yewa Land as always being acknowledged and appreciated, and with this new appointment of Dr Toyin Taiwo, a prominent son of the soil is another development that history has taken proper note of, he further reiterated the traditional institution’s commitment to supporting Dr. Taiwo and the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun in their relentless efforts to ensuring the progress and development of Ogun State is actualized to the greater benefits of all citizenry.
Oba Mulero in his statement opined that “Governor Dapo Abiodun has once again demonstrated his reputable trait of integrity, honesty and most especially the love and respect he has for Yewa Land and Ogun West Senatorial District with the appointment of a worthy son of Yewa land as the Chief of Staff. Personally, I have no doubt, in Dr Toyin Taiwo’s competence as he assumes this new role, I just want to encourage him more to keep the flag flying as a proud ambassador of Yewa land, and hope that he continues to harness his skills and passion for service to the betterment of Ogun State.
